Our Services
Stott HVAC Systems is skilled in a wide range of HVAC services. We work with custom home builders and contractors throughout the Greater Toronto Area to design and install their clients’ dream heating and air-conditioning system. We also perform simple installations and replacement of HVAC equipment including, but not limited to, furnaces, air-conditioners, ductless and boilers.
Once our systems are installed, we will work to maintain their performance, servicing them semi-annually or as needed. Stott HVAC Systems includes a two-year labor warranty on our workmanship on top of the manufacturer’s warranty. We treat every one of our projects as an opportunity to provide an enjoyable end to end experience.

Custom Build
We work with some of the most reputable contractors and custom home builders in Toronto and the GTA. At any given time, Stott HVAC Systems is involved in multiple projects throughout the city, however, no two projects are the same.
We work with our clients to design a customized system that suits their specific needs. This includes anything from snowmelt systems to in-floor heating, attic cooling systems and steam humidification. Big or small, all of our custom homes showcase a clean and well-organized mechanical room. We see each custom project as a blank canvas and will design the perfect HVAC system for that home.

Installations
Stott HVAC Systems can bring an out-dated system up to standard and beyond, improving comfort and providing superior energy efficiency. Our Project Manager will examine the existing system as a whole and will propose a solution that uses current technology such Wi-Fi thermostats, wireless temperature sensors and Hi-efficiency equipment.
Some examples of improving efficiency include; switching from a hot water tank to tankless on demand, upgrading your air-filtration and humidification system, and air balancing. Once installed, our certified technicians test and commission your system ensuring it meets design requirements and exceeds your comfort expectations.

Service and Maintenance
We provide both preventative maintenance and emergency service. Stott HVAC Systems believes that a well-maintained system will save you time and money. We offer a wide range of maintenance plans including annually, semi-annually and quarterly.
Our maintenance packages can be custom designed to suit each client, with as much or as little service as needed.
